Evaughn Delores Goldsmith was a caring and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She went to be with the Lord on May 8th, 2024 at the age of 85. Waiting for her at the door to heaven was her father Charles Bud Wilson, mother Orene Wilson, husband Raymond P Goldsmith, son Scott Goldsmith, daughter Debbie Sue Goldsmith, sisters Janell Brown, Eunice Bagley, Barbara Edmund, and grandson Dusty Lamar Goldsmith. She is survived by her son John Goldsmith(Christy Goldsmith), daughter Pam Borden(Don Borden), brother Ronnie Wilson, sisters Sue McGough, Glenda Watson, and Kathy Solowes, cherished grandmother of Sarah Borden, Jennifer Goldsmith, Josh Goldsmith, Tyler Goldsmith, and Halee Goldsmith. 9 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. God called your name so softly that only you could hear. And no one heard the footsteps of angels drawing near. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he closed your weary eyelids and whispered “come to me”. A golden heart stopped beating. Hard working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best. There will be no service at this time. In lieu of flowers Vonnie as she was known by would want you to express your love and sympathy to her children to help with any expenses they may incur at this difficult time.
