Ms. Deborah Ann Bryant Lay Nov. 18, 1951 ~ April 25, 2024 Deborah Ann Bryant Lay, passed away on April 25, 2024, at Ridgewood Health Services, in Jasper, AL, at the age of 72. She was born on November 18, 1951, in Jasper, AL, to Buddy and Margaret Bryant. Deborah was a loving and devoted mother and maw-maw who always put everyone's needs above her own. She worked over 20 years as a seamstress at Arrow Shirt Factory in Jasper, AL. She was a graduate of Walker High School, Class of 1970. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Ashby (Billy); granddaughter, Izzy Perry; grandson, Ian Perry; brother, Jerry Bryant (Sue); sister, Rose Marie Hill; special niece, Angie Hill Jones; special nephew, Kenneth Guthrie and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Buddy and Margaret Bryant, and her brothers, Thurman Albert Bryant JR. "Junior" and Gerald Bryant; nephew, Adam Hill; and niece, Ashleigh Paige Jones. A visitation to honor Deborah's life will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory LLC in Carbon Hill, AL. Deborah will be dearly missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
