Sabrina Masterson-Burnet stepped out of this life on March 11, 2024, at the age of 44. She was born on May 29, 1979.

Sabrina was known for her crazy, funny, serious, loving, and caring nature. She had a generous spirit and was passionate about her family. She lived her life as a Christian and a woman of faith. Though stubborn and feisty, she had a listening ear for all who asked.

She is survived by her husband, David Burnet; and her children: Meleah Cleghorn (Terrance), Hunter Handley (Anna), Hailey Shores (Kyle), Jacob Bowen (Daisy), Haven Robertson (Dakota), and Cosby Burnet (Jake). She was proud to call Dayton Anderson (Andrea) and Sydney Bell her own as well. She is also survived by her sisters: Melinda Goodwin (Brent), Elanda Evans, and Michelle Satkoski. She loved her Grandchildren: Charlie, Evie Gene, Thomas Wayne, Apollo, Cohen, Ora Jade, and Skylar Kay; and looked forward to loving on Presley when she arrives. Nephew and neices Olivia, Destiny, Leena, Ceejay, and her “Peanut” Macie held a special place in her heart. She also leaves behind numerous other family members and friends, including cousins, aunts, widow-sisters, and a very special uncle, Richard Doughty.

Loved ones who preceded her in death include her mother, Bonita Satkoski; her late husband, Dave Masterson; her grandmother, Ruby Doughty; her stepmother, Brenda “Sue” Clark; and her sister, Julie Vombaur.

Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation service will be held at Back Forty Cowboy Church, 564 Lamon Chapel Rd, in Jasper AL on Saturday, March 16th, 5:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the non-profit organization Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) Association in her honor at 4hcm.org/donate.
