Ronald Glen Lingelbach, age 69, of Jasper, Alabama died on March 2, 2024.
Glen, a talented Carpenter, was born on April 24, 1954. He was a faithful member of Lamon Chapel Methodist Church, where he found solace and community. Glen loved flowers and working with his hands,
finding joy and peace in these simple pleasures.
Glen was a loving husband to Barb Edwards for 31 years and a devoted
father to Stormylyn Hall and Megan Herron. His grandchildren, known
affectionately as The A-Team: Asher, Ashtin, Alexander, and Ava, held a
special place in his heart. Glen's sense of humor and natural comedic flair
brightened the lives of those around him. He was a dedicated family man
who cherished his loved ones deeply.
Glen Lingelbach will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is
survived by his wife, daughters, grandchildren, mother-in-law Patricia
Matthewson, brother-in-law Scott Edwards, sister-in-law Misty Dunahoe, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and dear friends.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents, James Lois Lingelbach and
Viola, as well as his twin brothers Eurley and Burley Lingelbach, and sisters
Pat Houston, Katie Pounds, Myrtle Steadman, Mary Mills, Geneva Sawyer.
A service to celebrate Glen's life will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at
4:00 p.m. at Lamon Chapel Methodist Church. A visitation with the family
will take place at the church from 3:00 p.m. until the start of the service,
officiated by Barbara Cleveland.
Wilson Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory LLC in Carbon Hill, AL, is
assisting the family with the arrangements. Our thoughts and prayers are
